Alright, when i was looking through the normal PuG organization thread I saw a lot of R0, R1,R2, etc looking to join groups and learn. I though that a lot of people might not want to have to look at "R0 with 1 fame looking to learn, no vent, no mic, no TS" kind of stuff when they are looking for a r10. This thread should help sort that out.
So, post your rank, (fame, if you're almost r3 people wold like to know)
IGN, hours avaliable, time zones,
roles preferred,
vent/mic (if you have TS, great, but nobody uses TS)
and any additional info.

Ps. the title is meant to be R3 minus thread, not something else.

oh face it, unranked people trying to play balanced will never see fetid river. for people like that, that's what randomways are for. get big domoge, and pray you beat underworld, fetid too if you're lucky. get r3, hey! then you can run fotw builds. still won't get past fetid, but you'll be getting 3 fame at a time quicker at least.

all i'm trying to do here is just help out the lower ranked players here. whether they don't get past fetid or win halls (lol,) people with higher ranks/guilds who will teach people should also post here, because this thread is supposed to be about helping the lower ranked players.
